I created a self-checking number re-enforcement cards to help aid in teaching counting in your classroom. The numbers are listed individually below so you can download and print the numbers you wish.
Pocket Number Sorting Numbers 1-12
This number recognition and one to one counting activity would go well with a Hat, Shoes, Pockets Theme, Dr. Seuss Theme or just to use to reinforce skills in centers.

Stamping Blocks Make Your Own – Create a six-sided stamping block by cutting out and hot gluing craft foam shapes to the sides of a wooden block. Art blocks for any theme. Kids enjoy stamping.
Use the PDF files to print the patterns. Color the ice cream tops and bottoms. Glue the cones to the inside of a file folder. Laminate the ice cream tops and the entire file folder.
Divide the children up into small groups. Give each child in the group a copy of the horse pattern, crayons and one die for the group. Have the children take turns rolling a die. The number the child rolls in the amount of spaces on their horse they color. First person to color in their numbered pieces wins.
Printable Playdough Number Mats
Fill in the numbers on these printable playdough number mats by rolling out playdough and shaping the ropes into the numbers or place the correct number of dough balls on the numbered dots.
Laminate the pieces and cut them out. Either back the pieces with flannel or magnets.
Place the bed on your board. Arrange the moneys on top of the bed to look like they are jumping. Place papa and mama monkey on either side of the bed. Recite the poem removing one monkey off the bed.
